✅ Instant Confirmation – You’ll get an email confirming your booking details.
✅ Personal Follow-Up – I’ll reach out within 24 hours to answer any questions and learn about your space.
✅ Day of Prep — Just make sure I can access your home. I’ll bring all standard supplies and tools, unless you prefer I use products       you provide.
✅ After the Clean – I’ll check in to make sure everything feels right. You’ll have the option to rebook or customize future services.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. Some clients prefer to be home, while others arrange access and return to a fresh, clean space. I’ll confirm what feels best for you during the follow-up.

 

• Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, all cleaning products and tools are provided. Eco-friendly and pet-safe options are available if requested. If you prefer I use your supplies, I can accommodate that. Please note that when client-provided products or tools are used, Haven & Home is not responsible for the effectiveness, safety, or any results related to those items. I’ll follow your instructions and use the supplies you provide as long as they are safe for use in the home.

 

• What if I have pets?

I truly care about your pets and want them to feel safe during your service. To protect them from cleaning products and to maintain a peaceful workspace, all pets— including reptiles—should be secured in a separate room or safe enclosure while I’m working. This helps ensure a comfortable experience for both your animals and your home.

 

• Can I book recurring services?

Yes! Weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings are available. I can help you set this up after your first visit or anytime you’re ready.

Recurring Discount: A 20% hourly discount is available for weekly, biweekly, or monthly clients after completing three consecutive recurring appointments. One-time cleanings qualify only when an official Haven & Home promotion applies.

 

• Do you offer gift certificates or one-time deep cleans?

Yes, both are available. Deep cleans are perfect for life transitions, and gift cards can be customized for birthdays, baby showers, or care packages.

 

• I’m overwhelmed and not sure where to start.

That’s okay. I specialize in respectful, judgment-free cleaning. If you’re feeling stuck or anxious, I can help you choose the service that meets you where you are.
