Whether it’s a tenant turnover, a new listing, or a fresh start, this service ensures the space feels clean, welcoming, and move-in ready. ✅ What’s Included (in addition to Deep Clean): Appliance Interiors: fridge, microwave, and oven (if empty and accessible) Cabinetry & Storage: inside cabinets, drawers, and closets (must be emptied prior to service) Windows & Doors: interior windows, tracks, sills, trim, and door wipe-downs Bathrooms: full reset, including behind and under fixtures, grout touch-ups, faucet polishing Floors: vacuuming and mopping of all floors, baseboards, closets, and entryways 📋 Important Notes Homes must be empty, with water and power connected. If belongings, trash, or appliances are left behind, service will be adjusted and re-quoted. Minimum booking: 3 hours at the deep cleaning rate of $55/hr.
