Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Service (For empty homes before or after a move) Moving is stressful — but preparing the property doesn’t have to be. Haven & Home provides turnkey-ready cleaning designed to reset a home from top to bottom. Whether it’s a tenant turnover, a new listing, or a fresh start, this service ensures the space feels clean, welcoming, and move-in ready. ✅ What’s Included (in addition to Deep Clean): Appliance Interiors: fridge, microwave, and oven (if empty and accessible) Cabinetry & Storage: inside cabinets, drawers, and closets (must be emptied prior to service) Windows & Doors: interior windows, tracks, sills, trim, and door wipe-downs Bathrooms: full reset, including behind and under fixtures, grout touch-ups, faucet polishing Floors: vacuuming and mopping of all floors, baseboards, closets, and entryways 📋 Important Notes Homes must be empty, with water and power connected. If belongings, trash, or appliances are left behind, service will be adjusted and re-quoted. Minimum booking: 3 hours at the deep cleaning rate of $55/hr. Heavy buildup, stains, or extra add-ons may increase service time and cost. 💵 Pricing Options Hourly (Standard): $55/hr, billed for actual time spent. Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Booking: First-time and one-time clients must pay in full at booking to confirm their appointment. Larger jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, staging) require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due the day of service (or within 24 hours if client is not present). Recurring clients may pay same day or within 24 hours of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited payment or deposit. Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed Appointments: If Haven & Home arrives and is unable to access the home due to client error (locked out, unsafe conditions, etc.), the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. A rebooking fee may apply to secure a new appointment.
