Service Description
Focused Clean (For smaller spaces, lighter needs, or quick resets) Sometimes you don’t need a full home cleaning — you just need a quick reset. The Focused Clean is designed for small spaces, single rooms, or light touch-ups between deeper services. It’s ideal for busy parents, renters, or anyone needing a shorter session without booking a full clean. ✅ What’s Included A 90-minute to 2-hour session based on your top priorities Same Haven & Home quality and detail, just scaled for time Focus is on light upkeep only — not heavy buildup or detailed projects 📋 Important Notes Scope is limited to what can reasonably be done in 2 hours. Larger tasks (inside appliances, windows, wall washing, cabinet interiors, heavy scrubbing, etc.) are not included in this service. If additional work is requested or needed, time may be extended and billed at the standard rate of $40/hr, or the job may be re-quoted as a Deep Clean. Minimum booking applies even if the session is completed faster. 💵 Pricing Flat Rate: $80 per session (Covers up to 2 hours. Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Booking: First-time and one-time clients must pay in full at booking to confirm their appointment. Larger jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, staging) require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due the day of service (or within 24 hours if client is not present). Recurring clients may pay same day or within 24 hours of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited payment or deposit. Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed Appointments: If Haven & Home arrives and is unable to access the home due to client error (locked out, unsafe conditions, etc.), the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. A rebooking fee may apply to secure a new appointment.
