Market Ready Clean is designed for occupied or furnished homes preparing for listing photos, showings, an open house, or going on the market. The focus goes beyond everyday upkeep to the details buyers and cameras are more likely to notice. Service may include: • Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning • Polishing fixtures and mirrors • Exterior appliance detailing • Detailed dusting • Baseboards and visible trim • Doors and high-touch areas • Vacuuming and hard-floor cleaning • Attention to visible buildup and presentation areas • Light straightening and resetting • Final finishing touches before photos or showings Starting at $350. Final pricing is based on home size, condition, number of bathrooms, level of detail required, and overall scope. Need more than cleaning? Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Booking: First-time and one-time clients must pay in full at booking to confirm their appointment. Larger jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, staging) require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due the day of service (or within 24 hours if client is not present). Recurring clients may pay same day or within 24 hours of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited payment or deposit. Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed Appointments: If Haven & Home arrives and is unable to access the home due to client error (locked out, unsafe conditions, etc.), the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. A rebooking fee may apply to secure a new appointment.
