Feeling disconnected from your space? This service is for anyone who wants a fresh start without buying all new things. I’ll help you rearrange, soften, and simplify your space using what you already own gently guiding you toward a home that reflects who you are now.


Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Booking: First-time and one-time clients must pay in full at booking to confirm their appointment. Larger jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, staging) require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due the day of service (or within 24 hours if client is not present). Recurring clients may pay same day or within 24 hours of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited payment or deposit. Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed Appointments: If Haven & Home arrives and is unable to access the home due to client error (locked out, unsafe conditions, etc.), the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. A rebooking fee may apply to secure a new appointment.
