Service Description

Deep Cleaning Service Perfect for: seasonal resets, new clients, move-ins/outs, or when your home needs a detailed refresh. ✅ What’s Included (in addition to Standard Clean): Baseboard detailing and door frame wipe-downs Fan blades, vents, and light fixture dusting Bathroom detailing (behind toilets, grout touch-ups, faucet polishing) Kitchen detailing (backsplash, sink polish, exterior of appliances) Window tracks and sills ➕ Optional Add-Ons (quoted separately): Inside full oven Inside full fridge or freezer Inside cabinets and drawers (must be emptied) Wall wipe-downs Interior windows Blinds and detailed dusting (Add-ons may extend service time and affect pricing. Please request in advance so proper scheduling can be arranged.) 💡 Important Notes Preparation: For best results, please declutter counters and floors before your appointment. Condition Disclosure: Pricing is based on square footage and condition provided by the client. If the home is larger or more soiled than disclosed, Haven & Home reserves the right to adjust pricing before, during, or after service. Final Approval: A walkthrough (in person or by photo) is encouraged at completion. Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours; otherwise, service is considered accepted.


Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Booking: First-time and one-time clients must pay in full at booking to confirm their appointment. Larger jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, staging) require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due the day of service (or within 24 hours if client is not present). Recurring clients may pay same day or within 24 hours of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited payment or deposit. Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed Appointments: If Haven & Home arrives and is unable to access the home due to client error (locked out, unsafe conditions, etc.), the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. A rebooking fee may apply to secure a new appointment.
