Haven & Home Central Oregon respects your privacy. I collect personal information (such as your name, phone number, and email) only to communicate with you, schedule services, or send invoices. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. All customer data is stored securely. By contacting me or booking services, you agree to this policy.

Terms & Conditions

All bookings require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon service completion, unless otherwise arranged in writing. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of my scheduling and preparation, all deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel with 24+ hours' notice, I may apply your deposit to a future booking within 14 days. No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded or credited. Thank you for respecting my time and energy.
