I may document services, communications, or property conditions for scheduling accuracy, quality assurance, or mutual protection. All customer information is stored securely.

Terms & Conditions

By booking a service through this website, you agree to Haven & Home Central Oregon’s full Terms & Conditions.

  • Payments: Standard and first-time cleanings require full payment at booking. Deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, and certain large projects require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due the same day or within 24 hours of service. Recurring clients are billed same day or within 24 hours.

  • Service Requirements: Properties must be safe and accessible. I do not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials, infestations, or structural repairs.

  • Staging Scope: Styling includes décor accents only; clients must provide or rent furniture for vacant homes.

  • Liability: Haven & Home is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable or unsecured items, or outcomes resulting from client-provided products.

  • Client-Provided Supplies: If you request the use of your own cleaning products or tools, I am not liable for product performance, reactions, or results.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of scheduling and preparation, payments and deposits are generally non-refundable. However:

  • Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may receive a service credit toward a future appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment or deposit, unless due to an emergency or safety concern.

  • Deposits for deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, and large projects may be applied to a future booking at my discretion.
