Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Haven & Home Central Oregon. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of this website and all services offered through it. As the sole owner and operator, I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and transparent experience for every client.

By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to the following terms. These may be updated periodically; the most current version will always be posted here.

1. Services Offered

Haven & Home Central Oregon provides the following services:

  • Standard Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

  • Trauma-Informed Cleaning & Low-Stimulation Services

  • Styling & Light Staging Services

  • Optional Eco-Friendly Product Upgrades

Services are available to residential and small commercial clients throughout Central Oregon.
Service areas outside the core zone may include additional mileage fees or may be accepted based on safety and schedule availability.

Staging Scope:
Styling and staging services include décor and visual accents to create an inviting, photo-ready environment. Clients are responsible for providing or renting furniture for vacant or unfurnished homes. Haven & Home does not supply or transport large furniture pieces.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings may require full payment or a deposit, depending on the service type:

  • Standard / One-Time Cleanings: Full payment is due at booking.

  • Deep Cleans, Move-In/Move-Out, and Larger Projects: A 50% deposit is due at booking; the remaining balance is due the same day or within 24 hours after service.

  • Recurring Clients: Payment is due the same day or within 24 hours of each appointment.

All payments are processed securely through approved digital platforms (e.g., PayPal).

Gift Vouchers:
Valid for one-time use, within 6 months of purchase, and non-transferable unless approved in writing.

Promotions & Discounts:
Promotional rates or recurring discounts apply only when all listed terms and conditions are met.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the service fee.

  • Emergency or weather-related exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Service credits may be issued for cancellations made with proper notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safety and efficiency:

  • The property must be accessible, safe to enter, and free of hazards.

  • Clear pathways must be available to prevent delays or injury.

  • For trauma-informed or sensory-sensitive sessions, clients must communicate needs during intake.

  • I do not move heavy furniture or handle bodily fluids, pest infestations, hazardous materials, or structural repairs.

  • Clients must secure all pets in a separate room or safe area during the service to ensure the safety of the service provider and to prevent accidental exposure or ingestion of cleaning products.

5. Environmental & Health Considerations

  • Eco-friendly or low-scent products are available upon request.

  • Clients must inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or pets prior to service.

  • Jobs posing a health or safety risk may be refused or rescheduled.

Client-Provided Supplies:
If a client requests the use of their own cleaning products or tools, Haven & Home is not liable for product performance, surface reactions, equipment issues, or any damage or results arising from their use.

6. Privacy & Communication

  • Client information is kept confidential and used only for service-related communication.

  • I reserve the right to document work, communications, or property conditions for quality assurance, scheduling accuracy, legal purposes, or mutual protection.

7. Liability

  • Haven & Home is licensed and insured.

  • While every precaution is taken to protect property, I am not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Structural issues

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage resulting from unstable, unsecured, or fragile items

    • Outcomes related to client-provided supplies or undisclosed conditions

Clients must disclose fragile, antique, or high-value items before service begins.

8. Website Use & Content

This website is provided “as is.” All content—including service descriptions, images, pricing, and policies—is updated periodically and subject to change. By using this site, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that updates may occur without prior notice.
