Welcome to Haven & Home Central Oregon. This page outlines the terms and conditions ("T&C") governing your use of this website and all services offered through it. As the sole owner and operator of Haven & Home, I am committed to delivering a safe, respectful, and transparent experience for all clients. Whether you are booking a routine cleaning, a move-in/move-out service, or a trauma-informed session with special accommodations, these terms are here to protect both you and myself.

By accessing this website or scheduling a service, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below. These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page

1. Services Offered Haven & Home Central Oregon offers:

  • Standard Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

  • Trauma-Informed Cleaning Services

  • Light Staging Services

  • Optional Eco-Friendly Upgrades

Services are available to residential and small commercial clients within Central Oregon. Service areas beyond the core zone may be subject to additional mileage fees or safety-based acceptance.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed upon full online payment at the time of scheduling.

  • Payments are accepted via secure online methods (e.g., PayPal).

  • Gift vouchers are valid for one-time use, within 6 months of purchase, per client, and are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the service fee.

  • In case of emergencies or inclement weather, exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Please ensure the property is accessible and safe to enter at the time of service.

  • Clear pathways are required to avoid injury or delay.

  • For trauma-informed sessions, clients must communicate any sensitivities or sensory accommodations during intake.

  • I do not move heavy furniture or handle bodily fluids, hazardous materials, or infestations.

5. Environmental & Health Considerations

  • Non-toxic products are available upon request but are not used by default.

  • Clients must inform me of any known allergies, sensitivities, or pets.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a job that poses a health or safety risk.

6. Privacy & Communication

  • Client information is treated with care and used solely for service-related communication.

  • I reserve the right to document work and communications for quality, legal, and safety purposes.

7. Liability

  • Haven & Home is fully licensed and insured.

  • I take every precaution to avoid damage but am not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or unsecured items.

  • Clients must disclose fragile, antique, or high-value items prior to cleaning.

8. Website Use & Content This website is provided as-is and reflects my services and values. Content, layout, and booking features are built on a secure platform and updated periodically. Accessing or using this site implies agreement with these terms.
