Service Description

➕ Optional Add-Ons (quoted separately) These services go beyond the standard or deep clean and require extra time and detail work. Pricing reflects labor involved and will be confirmed before service begins. 🔥 Inside Full Oven — $50 per oven Includes: full interior scrub, racks, and oven door glass. Excludes: self-clean cycle, dismantling/removal of parts, or repairs. 🧊 Inside Full Fridge or Freezer — $50 per appliance Includes: interior shelves, drawers, and door compartments. Client must empty contents beforehand (Haven & Home is not responsible for food handling or storage). Freezers must be defrosted by client in advance if heavily iced. 🗄️ Inside Cabinets & Drawers — Starting at $75 $75 covers up to 10 total cabinets/drawers. 11–20 cabinets/drawers → $125 total. 20+ cabinets/drawers → custom quote. Cabinets/drawers must be completely emptied by client before cleaning. Includes: wipe-down of interior shelves, hardware, and degreasing. 🎨 Wall Wipe-Downs — Starting at $75 per room Covers: fingerprints, light marks, and surface-level spots. Excludes: full wall washing, repaint prep, smoke damage, or grease removal (quoted separately). 🪟 Interior Windows — $12 each or $100 per 10-window bundle Includes: glass panes, tracks, and sills on the inside only. Excludes: exterior windows, screens, storm windows, or ladders beyond safe reach (quoted separately). 🪞 Blinds & Detailed Dusting — $10–$15 per blind set (one window’s blinds) Includes: slat-by-slat dusting/wiping of standard horizontal blinds. Pricing varies by size and buildup: Light dust → $10 each. Heavier buildup → $15 each. Room bundle option: $100 for a standard room with multiple blinds. Excludes: fabric blinds, specialty treatments, or stain removal (quoted separately). 💡 Important Add-On Notes Advance Notice Required: Add-ons must be requested before service so proper time is scheduled. Condition Disclosure: If buildup is heavier than described (e.g., oven grease, sticky fridge, neglected blinds), rates may be adjusted before or during service. Client Preparation: Fridge, freezer, and cabinets must be emptied prior to service. Haven & Home is not responsible for handling food, fragile items, or storage.


Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Booking: First-time and one-time clients must pay in full at booking to confirm their appointment. Larger jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, staging) require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due the day of service (or within 24 hours if client is not present). Recurring clients may pay same day or within 24 hours of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited payment or deposit. Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed Appointments: If Haven & Home arrives and is unable to access the home due to client error (locked out, unsafe conditions, etc.), the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. A rebooking fee may apply to secure a new appointment.
