Service Description

✨ Every Home is Unique: Add-On Services These optional upgrades let you customize your cleaning based on your space, preferences, or special situations. Whether you're preparing for guests, refreshing neglected areas, or adding a touch of extra care, these services help make your space feel fully renewed. 👉 Each add-on price reflects a single item or task. For example, cleaning one fridge = one add-on. If you’d like multiple (e.g., two fridges or three baseboards), each one will be priced separately. 📝 This applies to all add-ons listed — windows, fans, cabinets, baseboards, and more. Please request add-ons when booking to ensure enough time is reserved. If you're unsure what to select, I'm happy to help guide you.


Cancellation Policy

Service Policies — Haven & Home Central Oregon To ensure a respectful, smooth, and safe experience, please review the following: Booking Deposit A $50 deposit is required to secure your cleaning appointment. This will be applied toward your total balance. Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Payment Terms Remaining payment is due upon completion of service. We accept PayPal or approved payment platforms. Clean Time Limits Most homes are completed in 2 hours. If more time is needed, each additional 30 minutes is +$50, and 1 hour is +$100. You will be notified before any time extension. Pet & Biohazard Policy We do not clean pet waste, blood, mold, or other biohazardous materials. Excessive clutter may require re-quote or refusal of service. Safety & Access Please ensure the home is accessible and safe to enter at the time of service. If not, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at your expense.
