Standard Clean Designed for homes that are already generally maintained and need consistent, thoughtful upkeep. Whether you need a one-time refresh or ongoing care, Standard Clean focuses on the everyday spaces that make the biggest difference in how your home looks and feels. What’s included: • Kitchen surfaces and exterior appliances • Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing • Dusting accessible surfaces • Mirrors • Vacuuming carpets and rugs • Hard-floor cleaning • General surface cleaning • Light straightening and resetting • Emptying household trash • Thoughtful finishing touches throughout the home One-Time Standard Clean — Starting at $250 Recurring Cleaning: Weekly — Starting at $200 per visit Biweekly — Starting at $275 per visit Monthly — Starting at $300 per visit Final pricing is based on home size, number of bathrooms, condition, and overall scope. Recurring pricing assumes the home remains within a regular maintenance-clean condition. Homes requiring significant buildup, extensive scrubbing, or restorative cleaning may be better suited for a Deep Clean. Need a little more support? Laundry, dishes, fresh bedding, organizing, and other household services can be added when scheduling allows. More than clean — it’s a feeling.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Booking: First-time and one-time clients must pay in full at booking to confirm their appointment. Larger jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, staging) require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due the day of service (or within 24 hours if client is not present). Recurring clients may pay same day or within 24 hours of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited payment or deposit. Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed Appointments: If Haven & Home arrives and is unable to access the home due to client error (locked out, unsafe conditions, etc.), the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. A rebooking fee may apply to secure a new appointment.
