Standard Cleaning Service (For recurring upkeep or light refreshes) The Standard Clean keeps your home feeling fresh and welcoming with consistent, reliable upkeep. It’s perfect for busy households, working professionals, or renters who want an affordable refresh without the stress. ✅ What’s Included (Covers light, recurring upkeep — not heavy/detail work) Dusting of accessible surfaces: furniture tops, shelves, baseboards, and light fixtures within safe reach (no ladders or heavy lifting). Counters, tables, and appliance exteriors wiped and sanitized (does not include interiors). Bathrooms: sink, toilet, tub/shower, and mirrors cleaned. Heavy buildup, grout scrubbing, or mold removal requires a Deep Clean. Kitchen: counters, cabinet faces, stovetop, and microwave exterior wiped. Inside cabinets, oven, and fridge are excluded. General tidying: pillows fluffed, beds lightly touched-up (full bed-making available if linens are laid out). Floors: vacuumed and mopped (clutter must be cleared; large furniture will not be moved). High-touch areas: light switches and door handles sanitized. Trash removal: small household trash collected and bagged; liners replaced if provided (no bulk trash, yard waste, or hazardous disposal). 🚫 Not Included To avoid miscommunication: No laundry, dishes, or organizing personal items. No inside appliances, cabinets, closets, or windows (available as add-ons). No biohazard cleanup (pet waste, blood, mold, hoarding, or hazardous materials). 📋 Important Notes Designed for light upkeep and maintenance only. If buildup, stains, or clutter exceed “light condition,” service may be re-quoted as a Deep Clean. Clients are asked to declutter counters and floors before service so time is spent on cleaning, not organizing. 💵 Pricing Standard Rate: $40/hr (solo cleaner, premium detail).
