A hands-on styling service for occupied homes that need a more polished, intentional presentation before listing photos, showings, or an open house. Using the furniture and décor already in your home, I thoughtfully reset the space to improve flow, visual balance, and buyer appeal. May include: • Furniture and décor rearrangement • Styling shelves, tables and surfaces • Editing visual clutter • Pillow, throw and bedding styling • Entryway and living-area presentation • Room-by-room finishing touches • Final photo-ready walkthrough This service focuses on styling and presentation rather than cleaning. If your home also needs professional cleaning and preparation, choose Complete Listing Prep. Furniture rental, purchased décor, extensive organizing, hauling, and heavy furniture moving are not included and may be quoted separately. 2-hour sessions are best for 1–2 priority spaces. The number of rooms completed varies based on room size, furnishings, existing décor, and the amount of resetting or rearranging needed.
