Service Description
Household Support Sometimes the biggest relief comes from getting the everyday things off your list. Household Support can be added to eligible cleaning, organizing, and home reset appointments to help take care of the tasks that make your home feel truly finished. Available support includes: Dish Reset — $60 per full standard sink Hand-washing, drying, putting dishes away, and resetting the immediate dish area. Fresh Bed Reset — $60 per bed Stripping used bedding and remaking the bed with fresh, client-provided linens. Laundry Care — $60/hour + $15 per laundromat load + transportation Sorting, off-site wash/dry management, folding, return, and putting items away when requested. Cleaning Add-Ons Refrigerator interiors, oven interiors, interior windows, blinds, detailed baseboards, furniture vacuuming, and other detail work can also be requested. Cleaning add-ons are priced according to quantity, condition, and scope. Household Support is subject to scheduling and may require additional appointment time. Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Booking: First-time and one-time clients must pay in full at booking to confirm their appointment. Larger jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, staging) require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due the day of service (or within 24 hours if client is not present). Recurring clients may pay same day or within 24 hours of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited payment or deposit. Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed Appointments: If Haven & Home arrives and is unable to access the home due to client error (locked out, unsafe conditions, etc.), the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. A rebooking fee may apply to secure a new appointment.
