Service Description
Hands-on, judgment-free support for spaces that feel cluttered, overwhelming, or difficult to maintain. This service combines professional organizing with deep cleaning of the area being organized, so you’re not simply putting things back into place—you’re getting a true reset. We’ll sort, declutter, clean, organize, and create practical systems designed around how you actually use your space. Perfect for: • Closets and wardrobes • Kitchens and pantries • Bedrooms and bathrooms • Home offices • Entryways • Cabinets and drawers • Playrooms and everyday living spaces $80/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Organizing products, storage containers, disposal, hauling, and purchased supplies are additional and will only be purchased with your approval. For multiple rooms or larger transformations, choose the Full Home Organizing Experience. More than organized—it’s a space that feels easier to live in.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Booking: First-time and one-time clients must pay in full at booking to confirm their appointment. Larger jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, staging) require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due the day of service (or within 24 hours if client is not present). Recurring clients may pay same day or within 24 hours of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited payment or deposit. Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed Appointments: If Haven & Home arrives and is unable to access the home due to client error (locked out, unsafe conditions, etc.), the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. A rebooking fee may apply to secure a new appointment.
