Service Description
Take the guesswork out of organizing with a complete, done-for-you experience. This service includes planning, product sourcing, and a dedicated organizing session so your space can be transformed efficiently and with intention. Before your session, I’ll plan and source the right bins and organizing solutions based on your space and needs. This allows us to use your time fully for organizing and create a more cohesive, functional result. On the day of your session, we’ll focus on hands-on organizing, creating simple systems that are easy to maintain and tailored to your everyday life. Great for kitchens, closets, bedrooms, entryways, and spaces that feel overwhelming or hard to manage. Perfect for busy homes, life transitions, or anyone wanting a fresh start without the stress of figuring everything out. Products are not included and will be discussed and approved in advance. Additional time may be added if needed to complete your space.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Booking: First-time and one-time clients must pay in full at booking to confirm their appointment. Larger jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, staging) require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due the day of service (or within 24 hours if client is not present). Recurring clients may pay same day or within 24 hours of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited payment or deposit. Emergency exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed Appointments: If Haven & Home arrives and is unable to access the home due to client error (locked out, unsafe conditions, etc.), the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. A rebooking fee may apply to secure a new appointment.
